Ok, so I'm re-installing Ubuntu Studio on my workstation (at work obviously). I've got a pretty nice setup going on my home system - 4 monitors on dual ATI cards. The issue with my work box is that I have one ATI and one nVidia card on it. I can only imagine this will create issues with it since it was enough of a pain just to get dual ATI cards running well.

That said, are there any recommendations going in for changing up my process to handle the two very different cards?

What I did on my home box:

sudo apt-get --purge remove fglrx*
sudo apt-get install fglrx-updates fglrx-amdcccle-updates
sudo aticonfig --adapter=all --initial
cd ../../; sudo usr/bin/amdcccle

So I'm installing AMD CCC and turning on the adapters. Then I go into amdcccle and set up the actual monitor arrangement and multi-desktop settings. After a few resets and a couple tweaks, I'm good to go.

How should I plan on modifying this to accommodate the nVidia card?
