Tonight I noticed a strange behaviour on a new machine I was preparing.

On a fresh install of Ubuntu 12.04.2, I used Nautilus to connect to a secured WebDAV server (my Synology NAS). When I use the File > Connect to server and enter my credentials, it works fine.

I then saved a bookmark so I can connect later easily. The problem is that when I try to open this bookmark, I'm asked to enter my password, and then the connection immediately fails. The address in the bookmark looks fine : "davs://[myUserName]@[myIP]:[myPort]/"

The issue is 100% reproducible : no problem from the menu, failure from the bookmark.

As far as I can remember, it used to work fine when I was using 12.10 3 or 4 months ago.

Did anyone experience the same issue?
