title says it all! The windows boot menu is better in my opinion so thats why it be nice if i got it

This guide is for Arch, but it should work as well with Ubuntu. The trick is to install GRUB not to the MBR of the disk ,but to a dedicated partition (for instance /boot), so the Windows bootloader isn't overwritten and then to extract that data and to add it to the Windows bootloader. Of course you cannot use guided partitioning when installing Ubuntu.
