It seems that it's looking for /bin/nvcc but it can't find it. Can you do whereis nvcc and find out where the binary is located? Then, you can create a symlink to /bin/nvcc. Take a look at the answer here: nvcc compiler setup Ubuntu 12.04. – Alaa Ali Jul 24 '13 at 10:47
