I just installed Mythbuntu (12.04) and know very little about it. I do not want videos and music to be stored in /var/lib/mythtv/... I already have partitions for that: /mnt/music and /mnt/videos. How do I tell set up Mythbuntu to use my directories and NOT use the default ones at all? I don't want the /var/lib/... to be SAMBA shares, I want the only samba shares to be my specific partitions. I can do the Samba stuff myself, I just need Mythbuntu to never look for /var/lib/mythtv/music because I'll delete that directory.

I noticed that Mythbuntu makes its own directory structure of MP3s when you import music (yes, I now have two copies of everything: in /mnt/music and /var/lib/mythtv/music).
