Ask Ubuntu is a question and answer site for Ubuntu users and developers. It's 100% free, no registration required.

CTRL+ALT+SHIFT+ArrowKey moves the active window to an other workspace and then "moves" the user to that workspace.

Is it possible to just move a window to the next workspace while staying at the current workspace? In my desktop I can just left click on a window and then click "Move to Workspace Right". but I would prefer a shortcut method.

P.S. I use Gnome-classic
