I am using a Dell Inspiron 15R 5520 and Bluetooth is not working. WiFi is working though.

I have installed Blueman, but that also is not working. I am running Ubuntu 13.04. the output of iwconfig is
$ iwconfig eth0 no wireless extensions. eth1 IEEE 802.11abg ESSID:off/any Mode:Managed Access Point: Not-Associated Retry long limit:7 RTS thr:off Fragment thr:off Power Management:off lo no wireless extensions.
How to get around this annoying problem? I had asked the same question some days back but the answers given didn't work for me so I am asking this question again.
