Ask Ubuntu is a question and answer site for Ubuntu users and developers. It's 100% free, no registration required.

I would like to use a shortcut that is not included in the list.
I mean, what makes the most sense for me to change the keyboard layout is Ctrl + Space, but that option isn't available when I go to my Keyboard Layout Options. Is it possible to do this?
I'm using Ubuntu 12.04.

Thanks a bunch.

This was helpful. I installed the Autokey program from the software Center, and remapped one shortcut to the other. –  Diego Jun 30 '13 at 15:00
