When typing the following commands in a terminal

apt-get install git usbmount xorg linux-headers-3.2.0-23-generic yum cmake dialog rcconf nvidia-current
cd /usr/local/src
git clone https://github.com/nobody9/openpliPC.git

I get the following result:

/usr/local/src$ sudo apt-get install git
Reading package lists... Done
Building dependency tree       
Reading state information... Done
Some packages could not be installed. This may mean that you have requested an impossible situation or if you are using the unstable distribution that some required packages have not yet been created or been moved out of Incoming.
The following information may help to resolve the situation:

Can you help me with installing these packages?

Try sudo apt-get -f install and the retry installing the packages. –  green7 Jun 23 '13 at 6:16
    
Please provide the output of apt-cache policy git, the Ubuntu version you're running. Also try to update the package list and try again: sudo apt-get update. Edit your question to provide this information. –  gertvdijk Jun 23 '13 at 8:21
