Tried the steps given in here: Dell 3721 Wifi problem Ubuntu 13.04 and got the error

i tried first and 2nd answers everything worked fine during installation but still not working and when i went to additional drivers i saw this and when i turn it on it's not turning on what to do now [link] (i.stack.imgur.com/2X22j.jpg) –  Franco Jun 23 '13 at 15:43
