I wanted to install Ubuntu touch on samsung galaxy ace! But I don't know the procedure and the ram to be used for the same! If anyone could help me that would be great! Thanks

There are several lminks for the procedure. First you can go to the Ubuntu Wiki page of Ubuntu Touch. Here you will find the list of supported devices and instructions to install Ubuntu Touch on them.

Unfortunately for you, Ubuntu Touch has not been ported to the Samsung Galaxy Ace yet while I am writing this answer. :( However it is not definitive at all. Hold on and have a look at the supported devices list in the future. Some developers might port Ubuntu Touch on the Samsung Galaxy Ace in the future, who knows ?
