The error I am getting is "internal error". I read somewhere that i am running a 64bit 12.04, so i need to install 32bit library. when i try to do so, this is the error i get:

waqar@Satellite:~$ sudo apt-get install ia32-libs
[sudo] password for waqar:
Reading package lists... Done
Building dependency tree
Reading state information... Done
Some packages could not be installed. This may mean that you have
requested an impossible situation or if you are using the unstable
distribution that some required packages have not yet been created
or been moved out of Incoming.
The following information may help resolve the situation:

The following packages have unmet dependencies:
 ia32-libs : Depends: ia32-libs-multiarch
E: Unable to correct problems, you have held broken packages.

I will appreciate any help to resolve this.

sudo apt-get install -f? –  nickanor Jun 10 '13 at 6:32
Try sudo apt-get update && sudo apt-get upgrade before installing. –  Mitch Jun 10 '13 at 6:33
ia32-libs is slightly broken right now. I can't install it either. It has to do with libpango. By any chance do you have the gnome3 team PPA? –  DaboRoss Jun 10 '13 at 7:12
