I'm running ubuntu 12.04.

apt-get informs me I have to run apt-get install -f but when I do this I receive this error message. I've read various suggestions such lilo not supposed to be on this system.

Also, how do I fix MaxReports is full? I read the answer to this question but I wonder if there's a better way to do everything?

Here's the message.

michael:/boot:sudo apt-get install -f

Try sudo apt-get dist-upgrade, then do sudo apt-get install -f if necessary. –  Alaa Jun 7 '13 at 7:36
