Okay so, I'm trying to install Ubuntu on my Lenovo B570 because my Windows screwed up saying it's missing a boot file, which is the 5th time it's happened to me. When I go to install Ubuntu, the screen is blank until I hit a key, then it sits there for a little while longer, and it shows up with a garbled command prompt screen, and I can't do anything, it just sits there. Before it starts the blankness, it says "Secure boot not enabled." Can someone please help me with this? I'm tired of being stuck with just my Chromebook...

Try to make a bootable usb. Then edit /boot/grub/grub.cfg

if loadfont /boot/grub/font.pf2 ; then
    set gfxmode=auto
    insmod efi_gop
    insmod efi_uga
    insmod gfxterm
    terminal_output gfxterm

part. Save it and restart.
