Here is the deal, I downloaded proprietary graphic driver from http://support.amd.com/us/gpudownload/Pages/index.aspx, I installed it properly following instructions from various different links, everything seemed fine (every command worked) but when I restart pc, I get poor resolution and lose side top and side panel, i fixed that by returning to open source driver and enabling Ubuntu Unity Plugin in Compiz (http://www.tuxgarage.com/2011/04/missing-top-and-side-panels-in-unity.html#restart).

Now I got new issue. Even with driver properly installed, I am experiencing poor graphical performance like youtube videos with lag, I can't play any movie and overall everything is buggy.

Please help. I have integrated AMD HD 4200 card. My machine is not very good, but i didn't have problems until now.
