I am trying to change the logo position.

I removed and replaced the file here

/usr/share/unity-greeter/logo.png

The problem is the logo is not in the right position.

Is there any specific size or position for it?

best regards,

I don't know if the size is important but on my system it's 245 wide by 43 high. I suggest you go with that. –  Warren Hill May 28 '13 at 18:54

It seems you have to find out what program uses the /usr/share/glib-2.0/schemas/com.canonical.unity-greeter.gschema.xml file –  user85164 May 28 '13 at 19:08

I did some research. It's hardcoded in the unity-greeter source code. See bazaar.launchpad.net/~unity-greeter-team/unity-greeter/trunk/… –  user85164 May 28 '13 at 19:48
