I used wubi.exe to download and install Ubuntu 12.10, now I want to upgrade to Ubuntu 13.04. I have downloaded the iso image (13.04)on my Windows OS, want to upgrade to 13.04 using the iso and don't not download and install it again on Ubuntu 12.10 using the terminal. I need help.

Can anyone please suggest me a way ?

You can upgrade without an ISO. Do you really need it?

sudo do-release-upgrade
