I am having a weird issue. Moved my PC to another place and when I tried connecting the internet cable connection the network card did not correctly connect to it. It simply started a loop where it tried and tried and never connected. I have 2 network cards, an Intel and a Realtek. On the Intel it works correctly but on the Realtek RTL8169 it does not.

Doing a dmesg gave me several lines like this:

r8169 0000:03:00.0 eth2: rtl_phyar_cond == 1 (loop: 20, delay: 25)

I am pretty sure it worked on previous versions of Ubuntu (Have not tested this yet). How can I solve this issue (Is it a configuration problem, driver problem, kernel problem...)
