How are installing Chrome? – Mitch May 22 '13 at 6:50
You should not be seeing any problem now because Chrome 27 has been released to the stable channel. Chrome 27 doesn't have the dependency issue. – user25656 May 22 '13 at 10:04

Google Chrome can't be installed because libudev0 is not available in the Ubuntu 13.04 repositories.

Follow the instructions at to install libudev0 then google-chrome.

You just need to download libudev0 manually (32bit, 64bit), unless you can wait a few weeks for an update to Chrome that removes this outdated dependency.
