I have installed Ubuntu on my USB and now I am trying to install Wine to allow me to run Windows executable files. I have tried to install Wine through Muon Package Manager but it's showing this error:
The "wine" package could not be marked for installation or upgrade: Depends: wine, but it is not installable
I have also tried it through the terminal:
$ sudo apt-get install wine
...but received this error:
Building dependency tree Reading state information... Done Some packages could not be installed. This may mean that you have requested an impossible situation or if you are using the unstable distribution that some required packages have not yet been created or been moved out of Incoming. The following information may help to resolve the situation: The following packages have unmet dependencies: wine: Depends: wine1.4 but it is not going to be installed E: Unable to correct problems, you have held broken packages.
Is it possible to install Wine in Live USB?
