I'm not quite sure what's going on here -- in both Chromium and Firefox (which I thought used different flash packages), the flash video containers used by certain websites (e.g. www.thecomedynetwork.ca/Shows/TheDailyShow) has stopped working. On Firefox, it'll display the ads endlessly, never loading the main program; on Chromium, it doesn't display the ads, it just endlessly tries to load the main program.
If memory serves I had the same issue with a different provider's flash video when trying to stream the Super Bowl in Canada some months ago, but the Daily Show has only just stopped working. Seems like some sort of IP-based content restriction isn't working right ... and this may be tough to reproduce from out of Canada.
