A few days ago I upgraded Ubuntu from 12.04 LTS to 12.10 and then 12.10 to 13.04. After doing that, all things work perfectly, but sometimes the boot process hangs. It doesn't happen every time I power on the computer, only in some in random occasions. For example, I powered on the computer 5 times, and two of them failed.

It always hang in "* Stopping anac(h)ronistic cron".

Edit: I thought that the error was caused by the apache warning, but I solved that apr_socketaddr_info_get() problem and the boot process still hangs at the "Stopping anac(h)ronic cron".
