I can't turn off my external disk (western digital 1,5 TB).

Clicking on remove safely the HDD tries to turn off but it goes on a loop and after that it can't be mounted again without being unplugged.

I've this problem since I installed Ubuntu 12.04 (32 or 64 bit doesn't change) but before, under 10.04, it was perfect.

Actually I am on Ubuntu 12.04 64bit
