You have a ppa that is located in /etc/apt/sources.list.d/ that goes by name of pmcenery (partial) that is no longer being maintained. You can edit your sources and remove that ppa to resolve the issue.

You can also run ls -lA /etc/apt/sources.list.d/ | grep -Fi pmcenery to see the files; and rm them since they are no longer relevant.
