Ask Ubuntu is a question and answer site for Ubuntu users and developers. It's 100% free, no registration required.

I print a number of screenshots and photos. They all print centered on my US Letter page. I'd like to print them starting in the upper left corner.

I tried several image viewers, gnome-photo-printer, and printing to file and then using

lp -o position=top-left

Is there an easy way to do this - preferably without inserting the images into a document?

The images can be any size - from tiny screenshots to multi-megapixel photos. I don't want to change anything except the position on the page.

Thanks.
