Please paste contents of /etc/apt/sources.list.d/ferramroberto-filezilla-oneiric.list in your question. –  user31389 Apr 29 '13 at 12:36

I assume that it is because i removed tick marks near ferramroberto-filezilla-oneiric.list in update manager and i was unable to open update manger now. –  blue Apr 29 '13 at 12:38

try an updated repo. Those repos are for a dated version of ubuntu, which is no longer in the repo. You could downlod and compile the latest version from: http://sourceforge.net/projects/filezilla/files/FileZilla_Client/3.6.0.2/FileZilla_3.6.0.2_x86_64-linux-gnu.tar.bz2/download

or goto your the filezilla "Help" menu and check for updates.

removing and re-adding the repo will not help. The pages aren't there. removing the repo will get rid of the errors when you update via CLI.
