Now I cannot reach windows 8. I reboot with windows 8 DVD but reports cannot fix the problem. Please note in boot-repair in "Other option" tab I cannot select "repair windows boot files" because when I run boot-repair is dim.

boot-repair->Other options

It seems my motherboard cannot see properly the ssd. bios boot selection I am able to boot ubuntu 12.1 from ssd but I have to choose from the GRUB ubuntu advantages an older kernel

Maybe your device IDs got mixed up. Try running sudo update-grub. –  André Stannek Apr 7 '13 at 12:13
