I already installed to compiz config manager with this commands.

sudo apt-get install compiz compizconfig-settings-manager
sudo apt-get install subversion
sudo apt-get install compiz compiz-plugins-extra

My display driver is nvdia geforge 420 M

When I select / search compiz on Dash Home search box, than click compiz config settings manager nothing doesnt work.

If anybody help that makes me so happy.

You just have to enter the name of your app and press Enter. In this case, the alias is ccsm, so you don't have to write the entire name. –  Lucio Mar 16 '13 at 0:43
