Ask Ubuntu is a question and answer site for Ubuntu users and developers. It's 100% free, no registration required.

I was watching YouTube videos, when on every second video the audio was only fast-repeating clicking and the video was around x2 - x4 faster! I really want this to get fixed! I tried using Firefox as a solution, it was worse, every five minutes FIrefox would crash! Restart wouldn't help, so I am asking here what to do!

Please help me, as I am starting to get angry, frustrated and annoyed by this.

My flash version is: 11.6.602.180 I installed flash with the first update when I first installed Ubuntu

Okay, I assume you are using Chrome. How did you install Flash? –  Melon Mar 14 '13 at 18:01

@Mile I remember I installed Flash manually and it works fine. i didn't do it through Ubuntu Software Center. My flash is version 11.2 r202 and it works fine. What version of flash do you have displayed in Firefox? –  Melon Mar 15 '13 at 16:11
