I am trying to use Geoclue master provider to get the current location on ubuntu version "Ubuntu 10.04.4 LTS". I have installed the geoclue package along with geoclue-hostip provider.
I am able to get the geo-location if I use the simple example by specifying hostip as the provider. But if I use the master provider (master-provider example), the master provider is not able to recognize the hostip provider, and is throwing an error "Geoclue master client has no usable Position providers". I have tried many possible inputs to the "geoclue_master_client_set_requirements" and doesn't look like something to do with the input params.
I see from documentation that master provider is experimental and might not be stable. Can this be the reason master provider is not working or is there any tricks to get it working?
