I wasusing kernel version 3.5.0-17 which is ok. then I updated the kernel by using dist-upgrade and restarted the laptop. Which then showed me that I can't recognize the wirelss.

Why did that happen ? and how can I get my wireless driver back ?

What wireless driver. How do you know it's lost? Where did you last see it? Did you leave it in the car? Please explain with some data or evidence. –  shakabra Mar 6 '13 at 3:00
