I'm trying to watch an online video powered by jw player. I use Ubuntu 12.10 and the following happens: If I allow Firefox to load the whole video, takes about 5 minutes, I can watch it. In Chrome I can watch it immediately but with a lot of yellow/orange dots all over the screen. I tried to watch it with same web browsers in Windows 7 and no pronlems occured. Any suggestions?

I'd assume in Chrome it works differently, because you have the built-in flash player enabled (actually named Pepper Flash). You can see which one is in use by going to chrome:plugins page. –  pileofrocks Mar 4 '13 at 22:18
