I want to clone the hard drive on an older WindowsXP computer which will not boot from USB, but will boot from DVD drive. Which version of Clonezilla should I use? Thanks.

This does not appear to be related to Ubuntu, especially since CloneZilla is almost always used by booting its own live CD (which is not Ubuntu). If this is about Ubuntu, please let us know. Otherwise, I recommend asking this elsewhere where your question would fit better, such as Super User or Unix.SE. – Eliah Kagan Mar 3 at 2:02
@EliahKagan just asking, is this question really appropriate for unix.SE? – gkya Mar 3 at 3:21
@G.Kayaalp Clonezilla (the live environment) is a Unix-like OS (as Unix-like as Fedora or FreeBSD). And Clonezilla (the utility) is a *nix program. So I don't see why not. – Eliah Kagan Mar 3 at 3:24

I am using an old one, it worked fine with WinXP (when I had one!), So I think latest version will act perfect! download it from here http://clonezilla.org/downloads/stable/iso-zip-files.php

Thanks Mostafa and @CharlesA. That's what I thought but just making sure. – user135658 Mar 3 at 10:38

Depending on what CPU that machine has, you can use either the 64-bit version or the 32-bit version. I have always used the version of Clonezilla that was based on Debian, but when in doubt, download the 32-bit version and go from there.
