My adobe flash plugin has stopped working on ubuntu12.04. No videos i can see. When try to install it again. Following things come on terminal...

root@ubuntu:/home/salty# sudo apt-get install adobe-flashplugin Reading package lists... Done Building dependency tree
Reading state information... Done Package adobe-flashplugin is not available, but is referred to by another package. This may mean that the package is missing, has been obsoleted, or is only available from another source

E: Package 'adobe-flashplugin' has no installation candidate root@ubuntu:/home/salty#

now what to do.. any idea???

Enter

sudo apt-get update
sudo apt-get ugrade
sudo apt-get flashplugin-installer

After that, you should have a functional Flash for your browser.

And please don't work as root! Do the commands given from your normal user account.
