I am running 12.04 34 bit. I have the most up to date Wine and I have tried installing Civ. 5. DirectX 9 installed correctly and also updated Steam correctly.
I have the Steam beta for linux instead of installed to wine. Every time it makes me login to steam even though I have it running already. My problem is that nothing shows up on the login page except for the boxes. I try typing in the boxes my username and password but nothing shows up. Clicking on the buttons work.
I have tried changing wine to the different systems from XP to Windows 8. How do I bypass this or figure it out?
