I recently upgraded my old laptop with an SSD drive, a Kingston sv300s3/120G. Everything runs smoothly, but sometimes when there's a sudden poweroff - old battery, waiting for a replacement - when I turn it back on I get old data from the SSD (from a few days ago).
i.e. I open the browser and old tabs appear, or settings that I've configured or apps I've installed are nowhere to be found. This only happens in the SSD drive, as data that has been already written to the other unit - a HDD - is ok.
My current /etc/fstab is
UUID=XXXXXXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXXXXXXXXXX / ext4 discard,noatime,nodiratime,errors=remount-ro 0 1
