i tried both cd installation and windows installer,both after trying to launch shuts off my monitor and it never turns back on. when i tried the cd, i choose the language then i choose Install Ubuntu and it freezes then shuts off my monitor. similar thing with the windows installer (ive uninstalled and reinstalled at least 3 times) and i reboot my pc, then it gives me the option to choose windows 7 or ubuntu,i choose ubuntu and the monitor shuts off and stays off, please help.
