Will “Ubuntu for phones” work with a fully functional, normal shell/terminal like in Ubuntu Desktop?

I’m working with bash-scripts with the cron and lp commands, and I have problems with these commands in the busybox shell (I can’t get cron to work and Script-manager-App with cronlike function doesn't work correctly; and the lp command is in the busybox documentation but in my install doesn't exist) on my Android phone.

I got this response earlier: [askubuntu.com/questions/259705/… [1]: askubuntu.com/questions/259705/… –  ChunkyFunkyMonkeyFlunkey Feb 22 '13 at 13:46
Thanks Chunky..., the app will "Integrate with BusyBox", i suppose I'll have the same problems with running a minutly cronjob(although "Enable Wakelock" at android-scriptmanager-scheduler=cronlike-tool don't work). You can run a simple cronjob minutly. And is the lp-command available? I'll try it when arrrives my new s-phone. –  tarus Feb 22 '13 at 13:59
