I followed the tutorial from this site to get ubuntu booting from a usb stick on a mac and the whole process worked right up until the very end.
Before I was supposed to eject my drive via terminal I got a popup saying that
"the disk you have inserted cannot be read by this computer" with the options initialize, ignore, and eject.
When I restart my mac and try to boot from the usb, the volume doesnt show up there because it cannot be read....any suggestions on how to fix this?
