I have the following setup: Desktops (switch) <- LAN -> Server(Ubuntu) <- WLAN -> Router (Internet)
I want to have internet available at the desktops. What do I need to install on the Server to pass the internet from WLAN to LAN onto the desktops? I guess a first step would be installing dhcp on the Ubuntu server.
But what follows then?
UPDATE: Basicly I wanto to share/forward the WLAN internet connection on the Ubuntu server to the LAN.
UPDATE2: And because it's Ubuntu Server edition, please do not suggest using Network-Manager,. But I think Network-Manager supplies a similiar functionality "share connection"?
UPDATE3: Solved using this post http://ubuntuforums.org/showthread.php?t=716192 Basicly I used dnsmasq as dhcp server and enabled port forwarding and created the necessary iptables.
