I have beeing using ubuntu 12.04.1 with nouveau G73 and works fine until I installed 12.04.2 after which i get a resolution of 1028x800 now instead of 1280x800. my graphic card is nvidia geforce go 7600 (1440x900). it is not possible at all to install nvidia-current offered by ubuntu.

Is there any way i can improve the screen resolution as it was before-12.04.1?
