Before create a new question, you should see if this has not been created previously. Take a look at Resizing my Linux partition and How do I install Windows 7 alongside a pre-existing Ubuntu installation?. Have in mind that for the next time.. –  Lucio Feb 19 '13 at 23:32

That's an old dilemma, can't see why you should have trouble with it. Dual Boot (or multi-boot) Ubuntu installation is quite straight-forward. Anyway, read-on here: WindowsDualBoot
