After installing all the drivers and such, when I do a "print test page" that's all it says "sending data to printer". I'm yet to see a single print job from this machine.

Also when I type "sudo /etc/init.d/ccpd restart" as described in here I get "sudo: /etc/init.d/ccpd: command not found"

Is this with CUPS? Can you post a copy of info from the page you see if you click on the queue name at CUPS' printers page? – jwpat7 Feb 18 at 16:01
