Ask Ubuntu is a question and answer site for Ubuntu users and developers. It's 100% free, no registration required.

I'm trying to install Steam in Ubuntu, after a nights worth of errors, re installing, and much anger, however after Ubuntu didn't immediately crashed, and I finally got steam working, I went to download Team Fortress and it said I only had 5Gb worth of space left.

Well, I don't know what to say because I installed Ubuntu on a 1 Terabyte drive. I'm new to Ubuntu, so can someone please help?

You can upload screenshoots of an application (like Disk Analyzer) showing your disk usage. Look my question to have an idea. To do so use Imgur and link it here. –  Lucio Feb 17 '13 at 19:24

I ran into the same thing when I went to copy SC2 to my linux HD from my Windows HD. I just put it on the back burner right now but am going to revisit this soon. –  Webnet Feb 17 '13 at 19:57

Are you dual-booting with Windows? If so, possible duplicate of this question or this question. –  DaimyoKirby Feb 17 '13 at 20:16
