I keep getting this error when I try to install Ubuntu 12.10:

busyboxv1.19.3(ubuntu 1:1.19.3-7ubuntu) built in shell(ash) enter help

My computer is a Pentium III 700 MHz, with 655 MB RAM.

How can I install Ubuntu on this computer?

I'm not sure why you're getting the error, but you definitely don't have enough memory to run Ubuntu 12.10. Try installing Lubuntu, which needs far less memory. See this question for more information on minimum requirements. –  iBelieve Feb 16 '13 at 16:01
