I've just installed ubuntu with wubi two times, and in both times I had to unnistall, because I had no account, no password for do something, I hadn't privileges for nothing.

What can I do for make my account (administrator) installing with wubi?

You should file a bug: bugs.launchpad.net/wubi/+filebug –  bcbc Feb 15 '13 at 18:08
@bcbc That may be premature; we don't really know what the OP is describing. user132259: Can you provide more details? When you booted into Ubuntu, did you see a login screen? Did you try entering your username and password from Windows? Did that not work? Or is the problem that once you were booted into the system, you were able to use it, but you were not able to perform administrative tasks like installing new software? –  Eliah Kagan Feb 15 '13 at 19:14
@EliahKagan it's always true that the problem as stated doesn't necessarily contain all details, but in this case they indicated there is no account (so it doesn't sound like the password doesn't work). But fair enough - let's give the user a chance to provide more info. –  bcbc Feb 15 '13 at 19:38
