I have recently switched out windows for ubuntu 12.10. I am now having an issue where my computer is plugged in and charging and my computer light says it's charging, but the battery symbol at the top of the screen doesn't say it's charging. Is this just a bug?

Doesn't say it's charging as in...? doesn't show an Icon of a battery with a plug? or a charging animation?. – Uri Herrera Feb 12 at 0:45
If you click on the battery icon, do you see two batteries? Bluetooth mice batteries got added to the battery icon, but only one shows on the title bar. – ubfan1 Feb 12 at 1:38
