I have a similar problem like the one that was shared in the FAQ. I tried the solution suggested but it did not solve it. I have compared the versions, they are not the same with the one that hard the problem, rather a higher version as mentioned above (Ubuntu 12.04.1 LTS desktop). Since this version is the same problem as the solution to the earlier question, i am left with no solution. Please help solve this problem
