@Web-E That's not ordinarily the case. Often, we can tell people when updated software is likely to arrive and in what repository, because it is updated in accordance with well-defined policies. Sometimes that is not the case; if this is one of those instances, I recommend writing an answer explain that in detail. – Eliah Kagan Feb 6 at 11:01
