thank you for reading this,your time your help actually i spend more that 5 hr trying to fix this, I did not find any pro solution, that make the WIFI NIC function well.

I'm using an old lap top for this it's HP Compaq NC6400 the WiFI NIC is 

sudo lspci -vvnn| grep 14e4

 Broadcom Corporation BCM4311 802.11b/g WLAN [14e4:4311] (rev 01)

I found many Firmware for B43 family contain 43XX serial in Ubuntu Software center tray them one by one...

any help thank's.
